REVIEW:Black & Decker is one of the world's leading manufacturers of electric and battery-powered leaf blower and vacuums. Each blower/vacuum comes with a cloth bag that's used to collect the leaves when the unit is used in the vacuum mode. However, during normal use the bags sustain a fair amount of abuse and rough handling. As a result they occasionally need to be replaced. (Never attempt to use the leaf vacuum without the bag attached.)
If you're in the market for a new collection bag, check out the Black & Decker BV-005 Blower/Vacuum Replacement Shoulder Bag. Made of heavy-duty fabric, it has a full zipper and adjustable shoulder strap. The bag has an impressive two-bushel capacity, and it fits all Black & Decker blower/vacuums. To avoid tearing the bag or rupturing its zipper, always empty the bag as soon as it becomes full, and never allow the bag to drag along the ground.
Black & Decker recently made improvements and upgrades to the bag. They have reinforced the zipper and strap to ensure that the bag is durable and long-lasting.

I'm an unfortunate owner of a B&D Leaf Hog & also have problems with that miserable collection bag. The zipper on mine is fine but one of the two cheap plastic tabs in the collar broke almost immediately (rendering the bag useless). I wasted my time jury rigging a screw/nut to replace the broken tab. I now get about 30 seconds of run-time before the bag blasts off. I also, like one of the other reviewers, purchased their hose for a trashcan and it's as sad as their collection bag. Do yourself a favor & buy a higher-end Toro unit.
