I gave it one star because no stars wasn't an option. The first trimmer arrived and the plastic cover was cracked. I sent it back and waited for a response. I finally called and was told that they were moving and there would be a short delay. I finally received a replacement and it was in worse condition than the first. There were loose broken off parts in the box and it looked like they took the first trimmer and tried to fix it with a large hammer. I sent this one back and cancelled the purchase. Bottom line... I tried to save buck and in the month I screwed around trying get a funtional trimmer it cost me $40.00 to have the neighborhood kids trim my yard.
