The grill also supplies a 12,000-BTU brass side burner for heating up sauces to slather onto grilled meat, a large side shelf, and simple electronic ignition with an igniter probe on every burner. Other highlights include four stainless-steel burner tubes, porcelain-coated cast-iron grates, dual stacks for even heating, a removable grease catcher, and a stainless-steel thermometer, as well as a stay-cool hood handle, a front panel to conceal the propane tank, 8-inch smooth-rolling wheels, and utensil hooks to keep spatulas, tongs, and other tools within easy reach. Someone does need to rewrite the instructions as they are somewhat vague, although if someone has common sense he can figure it out. The most that needs improving is at the start with the legs. If one slips the leg cross bars on, then he can see which holes to use when attaching the legs. Also when installing the wheels, use a small block of wood and hammer to get on properly. When ready for the grill body I tightened up all the bolts on the stand as they will be much easier to reach and much lighter to tip upside down. All the rest was pretty good except the ignighter wires, they need a needle nose pliers to get them on (they are very tight and could bend them or not get them on at all or loose and fall off later) I really like the ignighter on each burner, and lights so well and effortlessly with being battery operated. Assembly was a little over and hour and wasnt to bad. Be sure to check the gas lines as I had a loose nut that just needed tightening. The grilling is the best part as having 4 burners means you have nice even heat with no cold spots. I mostly cooked on low or a little higher and temp still was at 450. I would recomend lightly coating the inside to season the grill. Also i would use cooking oil every other time on the grates to prevent sticking. The Salmon and Pork chops came out great on my first try so I think this grill will be a pleasure to use.
