Designed to fit all Weber Genesis Gold, Silver, and Platinum series gas grills, this rotisserie kit turns the grill into gourmet cooking equipment. Meat loads smoothly into the innovative cradle and locks securely thanks to the exclusive lock-arm system. This unique system takes all the hassles out of roasting large pieces of meat--no more spearing with an antiquated spit rod; no more tying, wiring, or trussing to hold food on; no counter-weighting or balancing necessary. Two cradles are included in the combo kit. Made of 304-grade stainless steel, the 21-1/2-by-6-inch cradle works great for cooking chickens, pork loins, ribs, and fish, while the 20-1/2-by-8-inch cradle can accommodate large roasts, legs of lamb, and turkeys. Simply "load and lock" food into place to achieve the outstanding tenderness, moistness, and crispiness of rotisserie cooking. Other highlights include a motor bracket, a heavy-duty motor in stainless-steel housing, and an easy-to-clean design.
