I purchased the City Grill here on Amazon based on the features and reviews. Used it twice with great results. On the third time, the regulator released gas as soon as I connected it to a gas canister. I called the Canadian rep and was told it was a safety feature in case the regulator gets too hot. I was also told it was very rare that the regulator to malfunction like that . . . just my luck, I guess. Since the rep was close to me in Toronto, I was optimistic about getting a replacement regulator . . . no such luck. I was told that the warranty parts centre for North America is now located in Florida. I called them and after not really knowing what to do, they finally agreed to ship a replacement to me. It's been 2 weeks . . . . . I'm still waiting . . . . I'm not sure if this is indicative of the quality and support of Outdoor Chef . . . . but, I paid almost $200 for this grill and it's been sitting here collecting dust on my patio.
