The unit also provides a 286-square-inch side burner with electronic ignition that produces 15,000 BTUs, as well as a 20,000-BTU infra-red rotisserie burner and heavy-duty rotisserie kit for slow roasting whole chickens or turkeys. The grill's cast-iron hood end caps help retain heat for more efficient cooking, while its curved ergonomic handle with a soft grip keeps hands cool and comfortable when opening and closing the porcelain-enameled mica blue lid.
