The grill sports a handsome, enclosed black cart with easy-to-clean stainless steel doors. A stainless steel lid insert and a stainless steel tube lid handle further simplify cleaning and ensure cleaner, safer victuals. The Affinity 3400 has a 10,000 Btu flush-mounted side burner with a stainless steel lid. Included also is a 10,000 Btu tubular blue flame rotisserie with Smoke-It-Tray (for wood chips) and a rotisserie attachment that includes the motor, rod, shaft and 2 forks.
The unit comes with a handy lid thermometer means no more flipping the lid to check progress. And, cast aluminum end caps trap heat in for tender steaks, kabobs, portabellas and more. The cooking system, rated at 36,000 BTUs, includes 3 stainless steel burners and an electronic ignition for ultra-easy starts. Cooking grates are made of 1/4-inch-diameter stainless steel wire and won't warp at extended high cooking temperatures for years of use.
