The Affinity 3100 gas grills feature an enclosed cart with stainless steel door and painted cart. All grills are constructed with a stainless steel lid insert and a stainless steel tube lid handle; a lid thermometer, and cast aluminum end caps. The cooking system, rated at 36,000 BTUs, includes 3 stainless steel burners and an electronic ignition. Cooking grates are made of 1/4" diameter stainless steel wire. The primary cooking area measures 418 sq. inches; the warming rack area measures 132 sq. inches, giving a total cooking area of 550 sq. inches. Other features include a stainless steel stamped warming rack, porcelain-enameled heat distribution plates, textured painted right and left hand side tables, and a stainless steel control panel. There are 4 heavy-duty casters (2 fixed, 2 swivels). NG models include a 10-ft. flexible hose. 5-year limited warranty.

I shopped for a Webber for several weeks and determined that the Ducane had more features and higher quality than Webbers costing $100 more. I considered some HomeDepot brand grills, but the numerous recalls steered me away from their charm glow series. Upon close inspection they have really low quality construction. This grill actually has a large grilling surface. Cooking for my family I only use half of it. It has stainless steel grates which are really nice and easy to keep clean. 3-burners add almost infinite adjustability. I typically turn on the middle and one side burner for most cooking. I am impressed with the quality of construction and finishes. It's easy to cook on. It's almost hard to burn food! Large side trays are nice but they get HOT.
