The package, when received was in good condition,but when i opened the package,I found the product (fountain) not in good order. Bottom section was cracked about a foot in length, and the top section, the water tube was not there. Did a little improvising,repair and made it work. I don't recommend purchasing anything from this company. Company should have inspected product before shipping. P.S. very unhappy consumer.
