Product Description
About our Product: Foods cooked on a Rocky Mountain Gourmet Grill taste better than those cooked on gas or charcoal. Invented in 1986, the Wood Pellet Grill has transformed the lives of thousands of outdoor cooking enthusiasts. No-flare-ups, no messy charcoal, even heating, better taste and fewer hassles. This is why the Wood Pellet Grill is one of the fastest growing products in the entire barbecue industry. Gas and charcoal grills are a thing of the past. For that deep, rich, smoky flavor that you instinctively crave, you need a Rocky Mountain Gourmet Grill - available in two great models! How The Rocky Mountain Grill Works: Hardwood barbecue pellets are the unique heart of the Rocky Mountain Gourmet Grill. These specially made pellets - no bigger than a normal pencil eraser - are automatically transferred from the pellet hopper to the firepot via an electrically powered auger. When the Smoker Control power switch is first turned on, the igniter rod, located in the bottom of the firepot, activates and becomes red hot, igniting the wood pellets. Approximately four minutes after starting, the hod rod turns off. Convection air is added to the firepot, acting like a miniature forge. The heat and natural wood smoke surround food with radiant and convection heat, helping to seal in natural juices so the meat comes off the Rocky Mountain Gourmet Grill moist, tender and flavorful. Using the cook mode switch, you can grill on High, slow cook on Medium and produce wonderfully flavorful gourmet smoked food by selecting the Smoke setting. The angled drip pan located directly below the cooking grid allows droppings to be transported out of the cooking chamber, helping to reduce the likelihood of flare-ups and burnt food.
