All seams fit like a glove but is relatively easy to put on and take off thanks to velcro straps that snug the cover, belt like, under both side shelves. Please be aware, Amazon, and perhaps others were innitialy 'recommending' a different cover for this grill that was not the correct cover. Amazon was gracious enough to accept my return, even after I had opened and used it, in essence admitting their error. They even paid the return shipping. Grill and cover are mated correctly now and I could not be happier.
