The measurements are a bit misleading. They are the size of the cover and not the size of the grill it will fit. It works well on my grill that measures 25" deep X 52" long X 47" high. This is the largest size I would want to put it on. It comes down to about 4" off the ground but the corners would be too tight if the grill was any larger. It is made a very heavy material and constructed well. You are supposed to be able to put it on when the grill is still hot but I have not had the nerve to try it yet.
