The Cypress Series is Bayou Classics new charcoal grill. When Bayou Classic decided to enter the grill market they studied long and hard to find the best features for serious grillers, and they have come up with a serious grill. The boxed lid design is tall and allows for maximum utilization of the cast iron grate(914 Sq. inches) even when the lid is closed. The new grill also has no heat spring handles when you get ready to take a peek under the hood, and thats just the start. The adjustable charcoal rack allows you to fine tune your meat. Raise it up to sear your steak or lower it while youre smoking in the flavor, and keep an eye on the temp with the built in thermometer.
