This sharpener is not well made. The tiny plastic gears that adjust to hold the chain are already stripped, and when the grinding wheel broke before the first use, DH could not find a replacement that fit. Their catalog says the sharpener "*accepts standard 4-1/2" abrasive wheels with 7/8" arbor*", but the $15 (Oregon brand) replacement wheel with those specifications would not fit. Jack's will not answer my emails and it has been two weeks since I first wrote to them. The people who gave it 5 stars were either paid off, or they received a different sharpener than we got.
