This bird feeder worked for a few days then some wiley squirrels figured it out. They pried up the top cover and helped themselves. To remedy this I took a piece of wire and fastened down the cover. Now it works fine. It gets a 4 star rating instead of 5 beacuse I had to come up with my own solution for our persistent squirrels. DF
